| Damaged Goods |
| If you receive damaged goods in shipment, please place claim with the carrier immediately. HockeyOne is not responsible for damages caused during shipment. |
| Returns |
| HockeyOne wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! When you receive your order, please inspect all merchandise for any defects or poor workmanship. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we ask that you return it unused and in the original packaging within 15 days for replacement or refund. Custom orders, sticks, and shafts are excluded.. Please include a copy of your invoice and order number. You must first call (714) 891-7601,or email info@hockeyone.com for a Return Authorization Number. No merchandise will be accepted without that number. A re-stocking fee of 15% will apply to returned Merchandise. No re-stocking fee is applied to defective or shipped in error products reported within the time limits provided. Sorry but HockeyOne can not refund shipping charges. We cannot accept any parcels freight collect or COD. |

| Because of their size sticks and shafts may have to be shipped separate from the rest of your order, and will have a separate freight charge along with a $4.00 UPS oversize charge. |

| We ship from the U.S.A. to more than 200 international countries and territores, by UPS and the USPS. If your order dose not show a shipping charge or is a international order and shows a shipping charge, shipping will be re calculated and added to your order at the time of shipping. |
